New Check-In Process

  1. Check-In by calling  (650) 341 -0424 when you arrive on the premises

  2. Wait in your vehicle for your appointment

  3. We will call you when your treatment room is ready.

Note: Only patients with an appointment will be permitted to enter office. Please plan on coming to your appointment alone. Minors may have one guardian to accompany them.

Limited Schedule for Social Distancing

To minimize the number of persons in office and maximize social distancing, we have:

  • Limited number of patients in the waiting room

  • Reduced the number of appointments per day

  • Added a 30 minute gap between appointments to disinfect surfaces and allow aerosols to clear

  • Left an empty treatment room between you and other patients.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

  • Wear your face mask prior to entering the office. It is mandatory.

  • Upon your arrival, your temperature will be checked at the front desk.

  • You may be asked to wait in your vehicle until your provider is available.

  • All staff including non-clinical members will be wearing masks and possibly other personal protection equipment.

  • Please respect social distancing and physical barriers during your visit.

  • Physical contact with materials including pens and paperwork will be limited.

  • Dispose of any waste including any empty water bottles, gloves, used tissues into receptacles

  • You may experience additional equipment including intraoral and extraoral high volume evacuation during treatment.

  • Your provider may change treatment procedures in an effort to reduce exposure. For example, your hygienist may use primarily a hand scaler and ultrasonic scaling in select areas.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.
